Middleware Administrator

Location: Partially remote, Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico

What you will do

• Manage client systems data and provide day-to-day infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain security compliance across platforms and services.
• Oversee assignment queues, prioritize tickets, and coordinate with technicians.
• Identify potential infrastructure issues and solve complex platform and service problems.
• Recommend modernization options and cultivate relationships with teams and stakeholders.
• Support client projects across different industries and technology environments.

Requirements

• Required experience implementing and managing Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Required experience with VMware ESX.
• Required experience managing public and private cloud environments, especially migrating from on-premises environments to cloud solutions.
• Customer-focused approach, a growth mindset, and inclusive collaboration with others.

Nice to have

• Automation experience, especially infrastructure as code (IaaS).
• Vulnerability management experience.
• Microsoft Active Directory and Federation Services experience.
