What you will do

• Work with Supply Chain stakeholders to understand business intelligence, reporting, and data requirements.
• Communicate requirements to the Technical Business Intelligence team for automated reports, user interfaces, and database storage.
• Analyze spend, revenue, cost, purchase price variance, gross margin, and P&L data.
• Extract historical spend and planning forecast data by part number, commodity, and supplier.
• Use Excel to create summarized tables, charts, graphs, calculations, and cost models.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and communicate key cost and spend variances with Account Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, automated functions, calculations, and cost-model development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating visual charts, graphs, and key takeaways.
• Proficiency with user-based databases and tools such as SAP, Microsoft Access, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of financial analysis concepts including MCOS, PPV, gross margin, and P&L statements.
• A GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
