Associate Consultant (PMO Track)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; onsite

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Support Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing Workday implementation and optimization projects.
• Assist with project governance, including status tracking, risk and issue management, project documentation, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across functional teams and align timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Prepare status reports, executive summaries, and client-facing updates; facilitate internal and client meetings and track follow-ups.
• Support testing coordination, change management, training coordination, and client adoption.
• Contribute to PMO process improvements while developing Workday implementation, consulting, stakeholder communication, and project management skills.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Interest in project management, PMO operations, and technology consulting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and presentation development.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
