Digital Project Manager II

Location: Remote, United States; remote work is available in most US states, with some exclusions. Office hubs are available in Los Angeles and New York.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annual salary.

What you will do

• Manage multiple digital programs from planning through execution and delivery in partnership with client services and channel leadership.
• Serve as an internal and external point of contact for program operations and ensure operational efficiency.
• Run internal and client-facing meetings, document action items, and distribute meeting recaps.
• Manage program scope, risks, issues, change requests, timelines, trackers, tasks, and deliverables.
• Create workflows, train teams, and ensure adherence to PMO templates and processes using project management software.
• Partner with client service counterparts and contribute to PMO initiatives and account success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency, managing mid- to large-scale digital programs with minimal oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP Certification is expected within one year of hire once eligible; hirify.global covers training fees.
• Strong experience using Asana or similar task management software, including workflow creation and team training.
• Experience working autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in documenting, tracking, and following up on many simultaneous tasks.
• Experience authoring or supporting project management plans, change logs, issue logs, risk logs, and status reports.
• Working knowledge of workflows for digital creative, paid media marketing, earned media marketing, analytics, and client management.
• Confident communication and close collaboration with internal and client counterparts.
• Ability to identify program pain points and own the full process improvement lifecycle, including identification, documentation, training, and adherence.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and partner agencies.
• Leadership, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
