Project Manager (SaaS)

Salary: $95,000–$120,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Plan, lead, and coordinate end-to-end client rollouts of hirify.global products and tools from internal kickoff and Product Readiness review through Client Buy-In, training, Internal Readiness, and go-live.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, Go/No-Go checklists, and regular status reporting covering project scope, timeline, risk, and resources.
• Coordinate communication and accountability across Engineering, Product, QA, Advisory Consultants, Client Delivery, and Production Support.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for pipeline, AUM tracking, rollout status, project health, and risk visibility.
• Develop and improve PMO templates, playbooks, issue and blocker trackers, rollout templates, and post-launch review templates.
• Participate in product education sessions and support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from Client Delivery leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with traditional project management practices.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder groups with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting status and driving discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to build structure and process where none exists and proactively identify, escalate, and help plan risk mitigation.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or SaaS technology environments.
• Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
