Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Consultant

Location: Philadelphia, United States; other possible locations include Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis, New York, and St. Louis. Most roles follow a hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office, with in-person collaboration based on client and team needs.

Compensation range: $95,400–$192,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Manage all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CE implementations.
• Assemble project teams, assign deliverables, and develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage approved objectives, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables to support business goals.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the Program Director and stakeholders.
• Revise project plans to address changing requirements while following SDLC methodology and establish cost-benefit analysis across required project phases.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience leading technical teams, with strong project management and systems or technology development expertise.
• Proven experience implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics CE CRM solutions within budget, scope, and cost.
• Ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Business-facing skills and experience influencing, leading teams, and driving change.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of technology and ability to learn and apply new technologies.
