Strategy and Planning Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Home-based, United Kingdom; hybrid role with flexible working. Right to work in the UK is required.

What you will do

• Coordinate the annual Enterprise Digital, Security and Resilience strategy refresh with third-party suppliers, managing timelines, inputs, deliverables, and stakeholder contributions.
• Prepare briefing papers, presentations, executive reporting materials, structured strategy inputs, and performance data for leadership review.
• Align strategic objectives with OKRs, support quarterly OKR reviews, and document strategy decisions, actions, and outcomes.
• Work with transformation, cyber, technology, architecture, risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure the strategy and roadmap inform the change portfolio.
• Research industry benchmarks and emerging threats, and analyze data from cyber initiatives, risk assessments, and assurance activities.
• Support workshops and working groups while building relationships across the organization to understand strategic priorities and delivery challenges.

Requirements

• Experience working in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Strategy, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize complex or ambiguous information into clear insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely and create presentations that communicate the required outcome.
• Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including identifying inconsistencies between strategy, OKRs, and roadmaps.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
