IT Senior Analyst – IT Security Compliance

Location: Equity House, Wellingborough, United Kingdom. Working hours: 38 per week.

What you will do

• Support compliance with Booker's cyber security controls and governance framework.
• Build relationships with Technology, Cyber Security, business stakeholders, process owners, and control owners.
• Create and maintain process narratives, flow diagrams, control documentation, and related procedures.
• Support internal and external audits, evidence gathering, control testing, remediation plans, and improvement initiatives.
• Measure and report compliance and control effectiveness through KPIs, findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Act as a subject matter expert and help establish sustainable business-as-usual compliance practices.

Requirements

• Experience in Risk, Compliance, Internal Controls, IT Governance, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
• Experience documenting processes, controls, procedures, or operational frameworks.
• Ability to analyse information, identify issues, and support effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting change initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external partners.
