Director, Incident Response (Cybersecurity)

Location: United Kingdom - Remote; ability to travel in the region on short notice, up to 30% of the time

What you will do

• Lead consulting engagement teams and provide high-level oversight for consulting engagements.
• Perform initial triage and scope prospective client engagements, including objectives and required effort.
• Partner with Sales to scope and win new business.
• Manage and mentor team members, helping expand skills and maximize performance.
• Prepare written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings for customer management, regulators, and legal counsel.
• Partner with regional Services leaders to staff and schedule engagements, improve service offerings through feedback, and demonstrate thought leadership through public speaking and content.

Requirements

• University or college degree, or equivalent experience.
• Team leadership experience in a matrixed consulting remote environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaborative, and business skills, with sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proven ability to inspire, lead, and mentor a high-performing organization and establish strong cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to lead highly motivated technical analysts and communicate highly technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead clients through high-stress situations and contribute as a thought leader in the incident response industry.
• Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude.
• Ability to travel in the region on short notice, up to 30% of the time.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
