SAP Data Manager / SAP Data Team Manager

Location: 100% remote; available in Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, or Ukraine

What you will do

• Lead the SAP data team and manage project master data activities, including extraction, cleaning, and modeling.
• Prepare master data sheets according to central team and integrator requirements.
• Participate in UAT, SIT, cutover, and other project phases.
• Ensure data quality and coordinate with business country owners and central teams.
• Perform ETL processes, SQL extractions, and other database activities using standard data techniques.
• Balance local business needs with the group standard approach across data activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience as an SAP Data Team Manager or SAP Data Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of ETL tools, Master Data Management, master data migration, and cutover tasks and activities.
• Hands-on involvement in at least one large-scale SAP implementation, ideally as a data expert.
• Good understanding of integrations with third-party systems such as Wise, Concur, Workday, and Salesforce, including related data structures.
• Strong business understanding and ability to bridge operations and IT.
• Experience with data analysis, quality management, compliance, data cleaning, data manipulation, and custom report creation.
• Understanding of end-to-end process and data management, with the ability to handle highly confidential data with integrity.
• Ability to work with predictive analytics and provide data-driven recommendations.
