Enterprise Risk Management Analyst (Healthcare)

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Support enterprise risk management programs through risk analysis, assessments, education, monitoring, remediation, oversight, and reporting.
• Identify key risks and mitigating factors, analyze trends, and conduct statistical analyses to quantify enterprise-wide risk.
• Support corporate sustainability and ESG strategies, including rating improvements, actionable plans, performance measures, and business-process integration.
• Research and benchmark sustainability initiatives, regulations, guidance, and standards, while identifying emerging sustainability issues.
• Gather, analyze, and document risk and sustainability data from internal and external sources across multiple business units.
• Maintain ERM and sustainability performance metrics, generate reports with data, text, and graphics, and provide technical support for relevant software applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years of related experience focused on risk management, data analysis, data modeling, relational databases, and project management.
• Ability to work with multiple business units and functional areas on cross-functional risk and sustainability data.
• Compliance with applicable policies and standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with large projects involving risk, business, or financial analysis at a large company.
• Previous responsibility for cross-functional business analysis.
• CRCMP, CRMP, GRCP, CPA, CIA, or Six Sigma certification.
