Senior Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, open to candidates based anywhere in Lithuania

What you will do

• Lead complex products end-to-end and coordinate with Product and Engineering to explore solutions, define specifications, and communicate project status and needs.
• Manage documentation, workflows, progress tracking, project plans, deadlines, deliverables, and project goals using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Prepare accurate, timely project reports and provide visibility into progress for leadership and stakeholders.
• Organize and lead project reviews, align stakeholders on milestones, support decisions and approvals, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Develop domain expertise, engage subject-matter experts, remove blockers, and identify opportunities to improve project performance and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and an engineering or QA background.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience and 3+ years working in Agile environments.
• Solid experience with Agile practices, including one-week sprints and Program Increment planning.
• Fluent English and experience collaborating directly with executives.
• Experience working with distributed or global product and engineering teams.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, influence without authority, drive alignment, build trust, and support stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, documentation, prioritization, and follow-up skills, with the ability to drive outcomes through structured processes and collaborative networks.
• Self-starter mindset with an energetic, adaptable, collaborative, customer-focused, and proactive approach; comfortable working with business, engineering, design, and QA groups.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into products or workflows and translating AI requirements, risks, and constraints for stakeholders.
