Senior Project Manager (Technical Background)

Location: Remote, Ukraine; requires overlap with 9–11 am PST and international business travel based on project and customer needs.

What you will do

• Manage multiple parallel project workstreams against timelines, scope, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
• Lead and develop project coordinators and technical leads, providing direction, mentorship, and delivery accountability.
• Manage client and internal leadership relationships, communicating status, risks, decisions, and resource constraints.
• Facilitate project ceremonies, governance checkpoints, client reviews, and executive-level reporting.
• Identify opportunities to use AI-driven tools for reporting, forecasting, delivery efficiency, and team productivity.
• Support pre-sales through project scoping, effort estimation, and client-facing presentations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex technical or infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing several parallel workstreams with competing priorities across distributed teams.
• Experience managing larger project teams with accountability for performance, coordination, and day-to-day direction.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, from working-level teams through senior client leadership.
• Technical background as a software engineer, data engineer, QA engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar.
• AI-oriented mindset with active exploration or application of AI tools for delivery efficiency, project reporting, and decision-making.
• Fluent English communication in meetings, status updates, and written reporting.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones in an organized and proactive manner, with overlap from 9–11 am PST.

• Willingness and ability to undertake business travel, including international travel, based on project and customer needs.
• Pre-sales experience in client discovery, proposal preparation, or solution scoping.
