Project Manager (Design)

What you will do

• Own the full project lifecycle across multiple concurrent design initiatives, from scoping and kickoff through planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch review.
• Build project plans, define milestones, and coordinate timelines to deliver projects on time and at the required quality.
• Align the Kyiv Design Hub and Wix stakeholders, manage communication, and maintain shared expectations and information flow.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and drive solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Coordinate feedback cycles and design reviews, providing designers with the context and resources needed to stay focused.
• Improve workflows, documentation, and collaboration practices to increase efficiency and predictability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in design, creative, product, marketing, or agency environments, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving skills, anticipation of blockers, and adaptability when priorities shift.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Jira.
