Account Manager, Influencer (Influencer Marketing)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid approach with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact.
• Translate client objectives into actionable briefs and ensure campaign requirements are met.
• Oversee multiple influencer campaigns and coordinate delivery with internal teams.
• Provide client updates, detailed reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Identify opportunities for additional client activity and upselling.
• Present confidently in pitches, kick-off meetings, and post-campaign reviews.

Requirements

• Experience working for a brand or in a client servicing role at an agency, dealing with high-profile and demanding clients.
• Experience pitching and selling ideas to clients, with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for influencer marketing, understanding of social campaigns, and evolving knowledge of industry developments.
• Exceptional organisation and the ability to independently manage multiple campaigns to an extremely high standard in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure while solving problems logically and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritising an ever-changing workload.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
