Account Executive (Marketing)

Location: Hybrid in Croydon, England, United Kingdom, with Smart Working allowing up to 40% from home; after 12 months, the option to work from abroad for up to 90 days per year.

What you will do

• Manage client relationships and act as a key contact for marketing projects.
• Draft and manage project briefs and coordinate project timelines.
• Work with account managers and internal teams to deliver customer service and meet client expectations.
• Perform quality control checks on project deliverables.
• Assist with preparing client reports and insights to support marketing strategies.
• Proactively solve problems and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing project outcomes and improving processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Collaborative attitude, self-motivation, adaptability, and a results-driven approach.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
