Air Power ERP Business Project Manager (Temp Agency)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Lead ERP projects for the Air Power business unit from conception through implementation, including schedule, budget, and resource planning.
• Work with Digital, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and other stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify optimization opportunities through ERP systems.
• Coordinate external service providers and system integrators, conduct risk analyses, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, report to management, and ensure compliance with quality standards, internal policies, and external regulations.
• Plan and deliver end-user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven project management experience, preferably with ERP implementations or optimizations.
• In-depth knowledge of common ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, and their modules.
• Experience in the aerospace or defense sector is preferred for the role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English at business-fluent or negotiation level.
• Ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
