What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from job design and sourcing to closing offers.
• Build a proactive talent engine to attract exceptional inbound and outbound candidates.
• Implement structured interviews, scorecards, and training for interviewers to raise the hiring bar.
• Develop the employer brand for Tech and AI talent through content, events, and referral loops.
• Partner with founders to establish company rituals, onboarding, and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within fast-paced environments (startups, scale-ups, or agencies).
• Proven track record of hiring top-tier talent in early-stage companies.
• Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions and communicate clearly.
• Experience thinking in systems to improve hiring processes.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Berlin.

• Experience building employer branding specifically for engineers and AI specialists.

Hiring process

• Intro call (25 min) with the recruiter.
• Expert interview (45 min) with the Co-Founder focusing on strategy and process design.
• Cultural interview (45 min) with the Co-Founder focusing on collaboration and judgment.
• On-site day in Berlin including a real-life assignment and team meeting.
