What you will do

• Fill internship and working student positions.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, departments, and hiring managers.
• Screen applications and organize and coordinate interviews.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Own projects and contribute ideas to recruiting and HR work.

Requirements

• Be a student of Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field, or have already completed a degree.
• Have first experience in recruiting or in a dynamic work environment.
• Be interested in an open, relaxed, startup-like work environment.
• Be able to conduct interviews in English.
• Be motivated to help grow hirify.global with top talent.

Nice to have

• First experience in active sourcing or HR.
