Senior .NET Fullstack Developer (React/Azure)

What you will do

• Develop hirify.global’s mental health platform as part of the technology and product team.
• Write clean, practical software across backend and frontend components.
• Make key architectural decisions and apply common design patterns.
• Mentor more junior colleagues and support the tech lead with hiring.
• Collaborate with third parties and contribute to innovative projects.
• Build and maintain reliable software using unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with backend APIs on .NET.
• 2+ years of experience working with React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with DevOps.
• Knowledge of application design, architecture, and common design patterns.
• Knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience as a software developer with a strong track record contributing to innovative projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar education.
• Good communication skills and an interest in mentoring more junior colleagues.
• Ability to develop creative yet pragmatic solutions to complex problems and work effectively in a scale-up environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tailwind, shadcn, and Storybook.
