Senior Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands; remote or hybrid

What you will do

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python and Go, including background processing for heavy workloads.
• Operate and improve Google Cloud infrastructure with Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and run low-latency real-time voice agent services covering speech-to-text, language models, and text-to-speech.
• Deploy and operate machine learning services supporting real-time recommendations.
• Maintain reliable databases and complete end-to-end metrics.
• Contribute to TypeScript and React front-end features, write tested maintainable code, and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience building backend services in Python or Go; Django or FastAPI experience is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD; Google Cloud experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript and React sufficient to build and fix front-end features.
• Disciplined approach to testing, code review, maintainability, delivery, and pragmatic engineering.
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership in a fast-moving environment.
• Interest in voice and real-time systems and willingness to work in both Python and Go.

Nice to have

• Experience with Celery, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, serving machine learning models, or real-time audio.
