Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager - Payments

What you will do

• Own and deliver large-scale technical programs across Payments, Trust, Product, Infrastructure, Data, and Core Platforms.
• Drive execution, capability, and measurable impact across cross-organizational initiatives.
• Gather context across technical domains, infrastructure, tooling, and safeguards to accelerate execution.
• Manage interdependent priorities and complex negotiations with diverse stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to shape strategy, define success metrics, and build alignment across organizations.
• Provide clear visibility and transparency into program progress for audiences at all levels and crafts.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in engineering, product or technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• Proven track record and passion for managing complex technical programs with measurable outcomes, including programs in Payments, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud Systems, Data, or Product.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational initiatives with a founder's mindset.
• Understanding of technical architecture and the feasibility of technology solutions to drive software development deliverables.
• Experience driving complex negotiations with diverse stakeholders and managing interdependent priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing visibility into program progress to audiences at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to influence stakeholders, gain buy-in, and bring teams together.
• Self-driven and proactive approach to navigating ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise with effective program management tools and cadences, plus the ability to partner with leadership as a thought leader.
