Delivery Lead

Location: Toronto, 40 King St W., Corp, Canada; hybrid workplace.

Annual salary: CAD 131,700–278,100 for roles located in British Columbia, Ontario, or New Brunswick.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology transformation programs, aligning scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and outcomes with client objectives.
• Translate business requirements into integrated solutions using hirify.global capabilities and strategic technology partners.
• Mobilize and lead cross-functional teams of hirify.global practitioners, client personnel, ecosystem partners, and third-party vendors.
• Establish governance structures, operating models, delivery plans, resource strategies, and stakeholder management frameworks.
• Manage program financials, forecasting, profitability, commercial performance, issues, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
• Build executive client relationships, support proposals and transformation roadmaps, identify additional value opportunities, and mentor delivery professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing complex implementations involving enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, data, digital, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing program financials, budgets, forecasting, and commercial commitments.
• Experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior client executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Transformation delivery experience in consulting or professional services.
• Experience managing multi-vendor ecosystems and strategic technology partnerships.
• Knowledge of agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Program or project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Business development and client relationship management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Financial industry background.
