Project Manager, Business Change

What you will do

• Own projects from initiation through completion and handover to business-as-usual operations.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, milestones, dependencies, and integrated project plans.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, financial reporting, suppliers, and third-party delivery partners.
• Operate project governance frameworks, maintain RAID logs, and prepare governance packs, reporting, and steering committee updates.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations; manage senior stakeholders and remove delivery blockers.
• Track KPIs and benefits, support Agile ceremonies or structured delivery phases, and contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience managing business-change projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional delivery across business and technology teams.
• Experience delivering transformation or process-improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, complex stakeholder environments, and international projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication with senior and executive audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, including Scrum or Kanban, and within structured PMO governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in project-management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or PPM tools.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, deliver under pressure, operate in ambiguity, and lead without direct authority.
