IT Project Manager (IAM)

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia or Gdańsk, Poland; 2–3 days per week from the office.

Salary: 1,000–1,200 PLN/day on B2B.

What you will do

• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, vendors, and delivery governance.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, and security functions and lead delivery teams.
• Plan and execute MFA rollout activities across business units and geographies, including pilots, testing, user acceptance, and production releases.
• Track MFA adoption, implementation progress, risks, issues, dependencies, exceptions, compensating controls, and remediation activities.
• Facilitate workshops, governance forums, decision-making, stakeholder communication, change management, and business readiness activities.
• Ensure deliverables meet IAM, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements and support resolution of escalations and delivery blockers.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects, preferably MFA or access management initiatives.
• Extensive experience in IAM delivery and transformation projects, including large-scale user migration or authentication transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Hello for Business, conditional access policies, authentication methods, and related access management controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across business, technology, and security functions.
• Experience managing project scope, risks, dependencies, schedules, budgets, governance, and executive reporting.
• Experience managing international teams and large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Knowledge of access governance, role-based access control (RBAC), Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, segregation of duties, and compliance controls.
