Agentic Solutions Architect (AI)

hirify.global operates an internal platform for delivering production-grade agentic solutions across multiple delivery squads.

What you will do

• Design and own solution architecture for a portfolio of agentic applications delivered by several squads.
• Partner with product, program, technology, security, data, integration, business, and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, options, roadmaps, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Define end-to-end workflows, triggers, approvals, system interactions, failure paths, operational handoffs, agent package structures, task graphs, orchestration patterns, and responsibility boundaries between agents, deterministic code, tools, and platform services.
• Identify systems, data sources, APIs, integrations, tools, and MCP capabilities; manage dependencies, technical debt, duplicate capabilities, and reusable patterns across squads.
• Produce architecture diagrams, decision records, acceptance criteria, nonfunctional requirements, implementation guidance, estimates, quality criteria, and delivery plans.
• Guide delivery hands-on, apply architecture standards and governance controls, support developer onboarding, communicate risks and tradeoffs, and directly manage engineers across multiple focused product squads.

Requirements

• Experience with AWS and cloud-hosted foundation models or agent platforms, such as Amazon Bedrock or AgentCore, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript or JavaScript, REST or GraphQL APIs, event-driven systems, serverless or containerized workloads, and infrastructure as code.
• Significant experience in software architecture, solutions architecture, technical leadership, or a similar role designing and delivering enterprise systems.
• Experience architecting and shipping production AI, generative AI, agentic, conversational, or intelligent-automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of agentic patterns, including orchestration, tool use, RAG, model selection, prompt and policy controls, human-in-the-loop approval, state and memory, evaluation, and fallback behavior.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs, events, connectors, workflow engines, or MCP-style tool patterns.
• Strong understanding of identity, authorization, data access, privacy, auditability, and secure-by-default design.
• Ability to influence multiple teams or squads without relying solely on formal authority, communicate complex architecture and tradeoffs to business stakeholders and executives, and coordinate decisions and dependencies across functions.
• Experience creating architecture diagrams, ADRs, technical requirements, nonfunctional requirements, and implementation guidance.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS and business systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
• Experience establishing reusable architecture standards, reference architectures, developer patterns, or platform governance.
• Experience leading architecture reviews involving security, compliance, privacy, or production risk.
• Relevant cloud, security, AI, or architecture certifications; certifications do not substitute for demonstrated production experience.
• Experience coordinating and managing engineers' work against a timeline.
