Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote or from one of the company offices

What you will do

• Gather and analyze business needs with stakeholders, clients, product owners, developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Break down and document requirements through use cases, user stories, and SRS documents.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including UML diagrams, Gantt charts, mindmaps, and WBS.
• Translate business ideas into clear technical specifications and ensure delivered solutions align with business goals.
• Support Agile teams throughout the development cycle.
• Assist with project estimations and planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and business analysis processes.
• Confident classification and decomposition of requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Hands-on experience with UML diagrams, high-level use cases, mindmaps, WBS, Gantt charts, and business analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for requirements drafting, documentation, and analysis.
• Understanding of applying AI/LLM capabilities to automate or optimize business processes, including process mining and workflow automation.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with project estimations.
• Experience with AI-assisted documentation tools or prompt engineering for generating user stories, acceptance criteria, or process diagrams.
• Familiarity with AI-driven SDLC tools such as Cursor or Claude Code used by collaborating development teams.
• Conceptual exposure to RAG-based or agentic systems.
