Senior Business Analyst (Enterprise Business Analysis and AI): Defining solution scope and documenting business and solution requirements for enterprise-level programs and projects with an accent on stakeholder engagement, business process modeling, and requirements validation. Focus on facilitating discovery workshops, preventing scope creep, allocating requirements to releases, and applying secure AI-accelerated workflows.

What you will do
- Elicit, document, model, verify, and validate business and solution requirements.
- Analyze business context, operating models, processes, risks, constraints, and desired future states.
- Plan stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops, hackathons, and focus groups.
- Define solution scope, manage requirements, prevent scope creep, and allocate requirements to releases and milestones.
- Apply secure and responsible AI policies, run AI-accelerated workflows, and configure AI agents for business analysis.
- Mentor Business Analysts and lead technical interviews for hiring and performance evaluation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in Business Analysis within complex technology environments.
- Master’s degree or higher, ideally in Computer Science or a related field.
- Deep understanding of enterprise business operations and digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of business process modeling and prototyping tools.
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency required.

- Business education.
- IIBA, IREB, PMI CPMAI, or AI-related certifications.
