Senior Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Elicit, document, structure, verify, and validate business and solution requirements.
• Analyze business models, processes, risks, constraints, current state, and desired future state.
• Plan stakeholder engagement and maintain communication and requirements management plans.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, hackathons, and focus groups, including processing and validating their outcomes.
• Model requirements and solutions using business model canvases, value chains, use case diagrams, and data modeling; define scope boundaries and allocate requirements to releases and milestones.
• Apply responsible AI policies, run AI-accelerated discovery workflows, configure AI agents, advise stakeholders on AI use, mentor Business Analysts, and lead technical interviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in Business Analysis roles within complex technology environments.
• Master's degree or higher, ideally in Computer Science or a related field.
• Deep understanding of enterprise business operations and digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of business process modeling and prototyping tools.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience guiding junior team members.
• Strong analytical, critical evaluation, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, negotiation, and consulting skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and adapt to change.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

• Business education.
• IIBA, IREB, PMI CPMAI, or AI-related certifications.
