Business Analyst 2

Location: Hybrid in Duluth, Georgia, United States; 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify business requirements through interviews, end-user feedback, support content, and requirements meetings.
• Document current-state and target-state application processes, wireframes, BPMN 2.0 models, and business rules.
• Coordinate with design, development, QA, business, marketing, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
• Create and execute user acceptance test plans based on business requirements documentation.
• Maintain project status reporting, stakeholder communication, risk tracking, and issue escalation.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and online help content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Experience communicating business methods, processes, requirements, and standards to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Required experience with Jira and Confluence; the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in an Agile Scrum development environment.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Experience with Power BI and SQL.
