What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, research, organize, and drive multiple cross-functional initiatives from inception through execution and continuous improvement.
• Translate project ideas into executable plans and deliver strategic initiatives aligned with broader business goals.
• Monitor progress, set deadlines, and keep projects on track toward measurable results.
• Coordinate communication between teams and department heads to support clarity and collaboration.
• Identify solutions, resolve obstacles, and take decisive action to keep projects moving.
• Ensure completed projects meet quality standards and deliver meaningful business impact.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, or in product management with an emphasis on problem-solving.
• Proficiency with contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Pragmatic approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
• Ability to adapt, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to take ownership and tackle challenges directly.
