Program Manager (Creative Operations)

Location: Remote within Mexico, with availability to travel to Mexico City for occasional office events

What you will do

• Manage creative campaign projects from brief through delivery, including schedules, milestones, timelines, and production logistics.
• Create project plans, briefing documents, status reports, and written recaps for stakeholders.
• Lead briefings, status meetings, creative reviews, debriefs, and approval workflows across Account, Strategy, Creative, and other teams.
• Support weekly resourcing meetings by organizing project requests and identifying capacity conflicts and timing risks.
• Maintain accurate project data across JIRA, Google forecasting sheets, and the digital asset management system.
• Adopt AI tools and productivity solutions to reduce manual effort and improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, creative operations, or campaign production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and editors.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset, creative problem-solving ability, and a focus on improving team outcomes.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging tools, with an interest in embedding smarter workflows.
