Program Manager

Location: Remote; US citizenship or Green Card required, with US residency for at least the past 3 years. Candidates must be able to obtain Public Trust after a US Government background investigation.

What you will do

• Lead teams focused on company growth and client delivery.
• Apply structured project management and process methodologies to meet program goals and targets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate changes to program scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Translate client vision into project activities, success outcomes, and metrics.
• Advise clients on strategic vision and direction while resolving issues and conflicts.
• Partner with technical and growth leaders to identify and drive organic and new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects.
• Working knowledge of federal program execution.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex technology or data projects.
• US citizenship or a Green Card; sponsorship is not offered.
• US residency for at least the past 3 years.
• Ability to meet Public Trust requirements, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation.
