Sales Enablement Intern (AI)

Location: Paris, France; Paris-based, mandatory from January 2027; hybrid remote work policy.

What you will do

• Develop and update sales enablement materials, including QBR decks, pitch decks, playbooks, onboarding content, training materials, and best-practice assets.
• Manage partner gifting operations, including budgets, suppliers, stock, creative assets, deliveries, and incentive programs.
• Centralize sales documentation, structure internal processes, support communication within the Partnerships division, and improve meeting efficiency through notes and reports.
• Help design and run onboarding days, webinars, workshops, and partner training events.
• Run and analyze surveys and internal data, identify operational pain points, evaluate new tools, and automate processes.
• Explore AI-powered solutions using prompt engineering and emerging approaches such as vibe coding to streamline workflows and create new opportunities.

Requirements

• Master’s student in Economics, Business, Marketing, or Operations Management, ideally at the end of studies for an end-of-studies internship.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
• Advanced familiarity with Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Gmail.
• Proven ability to own projects, work autonomously, and proactively drive initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Resourceful, curious, solution-oriented, responsible, and able to adapt quickly in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines, work cross-functionally, and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Positive and enthusiastic mindset, with interest in working in a music-oriented environment.
