Implementation Intern (AI)

Builds AI agents that help large companies improve hiring through screening, assessment, and candidate engagement.

What you will do

• Support live client implementations by defining candidate journeys, monitoring impact, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Configure AI agents according to client needs and hiring processes.
• Run structured testing loops, analyze results, and iterate with Implementation Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Collaborate with Science, Tech, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align configurations with client requirements.
• Design and refine implementation monitoring processes using ClickUp.
• Contribute to strategic large-scale project and change management initiatives for enterprise clients.

Requirements

• Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English, spoken and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and adapt to colleagues or clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
• Ownership and an extra-mile mindset.
• Analytical thinking, including identifying patterns in test results, summarizing findings, and recommending next steps.
• Strong project organization, including managing multiple workstreams, trackers, and timely follow-ups.
• Must have an internship agreement (convention de stage) with a French university.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills.
• Experience with ClickUp, Lovable, Claude, Cursor, or Linear, or the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Coding experience or experience building something with AI tools.
