Online Trading Assistant (Ecommerce)

Location: London, UK; on-site role with daily site walks and work at the Brick Lane site.

What you will do

• Produce daily and weekly performance reports, insights, and updates for weekly trade meetings.
• Analyse page performance, customer journeys, competitor activity, market trends, and landing-page opportunities.
• Execute navigation and customer journey changes and optimise on-site search.
• Work with merchandising, web production, and brand marketing teams on page improvements.
• Support the Senior Trading Executive with briefs for homepage, promotions, landing pages, navigation, and on-site content.
• Conduct daily site walks, keep content current, and communicate customer experience improvements to wider teams.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar online trading or merchandising role within e-commerce is preferred.
• Confident working with data and proficient in Excel.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, with excellent communication and planning skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, enthusiastic, problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across multiple teams.
• Willingness to learn and ability to acquire new skills quickly.
