Sales Ledger

Location: North-East, United Kingdom; hybrid working.

Salary: £30,000–£33,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage the sales ledger and raise customer invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts, allocate receipts, and support billing submissions.
• Chase outstanding payments and resolve invoice queries.
• Produce aged debt reports and support cash collection activities.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting.
• Work with operational teams to ensure accurate, timely billing and provide wider finance support.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Sales Ledger, Accounts Receivable, or similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communication and a proactive approach.
• Good Excel skills and experience using finance systems.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
