What you will do
- Support electrical hardware engineering in international projects based on standard concepts.
- Coordinate hardware concepts for parcel systems with project teams and internal stakeholders during the design phase.
- Determine energy requirements, including compensation, and define earthing, electrical assembly, and interface requirements.
- Create project-specific electrical diagrams for control-cabinet execution documents.
- Prepare specifications for third-party interfaces and electrical assembly or workshop services, and monitor execution.
- Collaborate with an international team on detailed hardware engineering.
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering, automation, energy technology, or a comparable field; alternatively, training as an electrical engineer or master electrical engineer with professional experience.
- Experience in electrical hardware engineering, project cooperation, and electrical assembly and installation planning.
- Experience planning conveyor technology, logistics systems, or automation systems.
- Knowledge of applicable implementation guidelines and standards, EPLAN P8, and the SIMATIC hardware product range.
- Fluent English.
- Methodical approach, teamwork, and initiative.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of energy-balance calculation, power quality, and grounding.
- Basic knowledge of SAP R3.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit.
