Technical Project Manager (Marketing Automation)

What you will do

• Organize and manage key client projects, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget control.
• Control the analysis phase and develop project plans and requirements specifications.
• Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Reduce administrative overhead for configurators and developers while overseeing follow-up, planning, and time spent.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and motivate colleagues in day-to-day project work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, AEP, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience managing and implementing projects within CRM or marketing automation.
• Conceptual and technical understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions.
• Experience working with Scrum and/or Kanban agile methods.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business language into technical language.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining perspective and attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive, organized, easy-going approach and willingness to share opinions while following effective processes.
