Senior Project Manager

Location: Remote, United Kingdom; occasional travel to customer sites in the UK, including overnight stays, may be required.

What you will do

• Take responsibility for the full lifecycle delivery of complex technology implementation projects and manage multiple Professional Services engagements concurrently.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering outcomes, scope, resources, milestones, dependencies, budgets, schedules and governance.
• Monitor delivery, manage risks, issues, escalations, change control, forecasts and resource requirements, and prepare change requests and Statements of Work.
• Lead project kick-offs, boards, steering committees and governance forums while building relationships with customer sponsors, executives and project teams.
• Coordinate with Consulting, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Support to deliver a consistent customer experience and provide guidance to the wider delivery team.
• Design adoption programs, drive benefits realisation and report on outcomes to move customers from onboarding to sustained, outcome-based usage.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience managing technology implementations or similarly complex Professional Services engagements.
• Strong understanding of project management methods, governance and the software implementation lifecycle.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resources, risks and change control within contracted customer engagements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders.
• Strong customer focus, credibility and trust-building skills, with sound judgement in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to use approved AI tools appropriately while maintaining human oversight, data protection, accuracy and adherence to responsible AI principles.

Nice to have

• Experience working with or for non-profit organisations.
• Experience with hirify.global products.
• A recognised project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent.
