Technical Project Manager (SaaS/API)

What you will do

• Lead client implementations and integration projects across SaaS and API-based platforms from initiation through go-live and handover.
• Translate statements of work and evolving client requirements into executable delivery plans, milestones, budgets, forecasts, and dependency plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, Engineering, Support, and Operations.
• Oversee full SDLC delivery, including integration and API-led solutions, release readiness, deployment planning, support model definition, and operational handover.
• Manage portfolio health, resource capacity, financial tracking, delivery risks, dependencies, and work allocation across multiple engagements.
• Act as the primary client interface, support pre-sales and SOW definition, run governance, and produce executive and C-level reporting and portfolio dashboards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Technical Project Manager or Program Manager in Professional Services or client delivery environments.
• Strong experience delivering integration-heavy, API-driven solutions and complex cross-functional initiatives involving technical and operational teams.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, API and integration-led architectures, and technology operations, including incident management, monitoring, and support models.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments, including operating effectively in ambiguity, building structure, taking ownership of outcomes, and delivering under pressure without losing quality.
• Ability to lead stakeholders, engage meaningfully with engineers and architects, manage expectations, and provide credible updates to senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Ownership-driven, structured but pragmatic, resilient, adaptable, independent, proactive, and client-focused approach.
