Project Manager - EMEA (TPRM)

Salary: €50,000–€70,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Lead multiple high-profile customer implementations and internal projects through timely, successful delivery.
• Act as the primary customer contact, build stakeholder relationships, and lead regular and executive-level status meetings.
• Develop project plans covering tasks, dependencies, timelines, budgets, risks, and action items.
• Translate customer requirements into system-aligned implementation plans and provide strategic guidance.
• Manage scope changes and contingency plans while collaborating with Implementation Consultants and cross-functional teams across sales, finance, marketing, support, product, and engineering.
• Contribute to implementation standards, best practices, methodologies, training, and knowledge-transfer initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of project management experience leading complex, customer-facing software implementation projects for external clients, not internal IT.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale software implementation projects for external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and deliver them on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
• Strong analytical and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and foster client relationships.
• Technical aptitude to understand platform capabilities and align them with customer business needs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and execute them.
• Ability and willingness to continuously learn and integrate new skills, technologies, and ideas.
• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
