Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Travel & Yachting)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and candidate relationship management.
• Recruit captains, hostesses, and other yacht charter professionals through LinkedIn, industry communities, professional networks, job boards, and referrals.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs, including niche yachting and travel roles.
• Organize onboarding and training, support crew members, track availability and readiness, and manage offboarding.
• Collaborate with operational teams to forecast staffing needs and ensure crew coverage during peak seasons.
• Maintain recruitment and employee data, track performance metrics, and improve recruitment, onboarding, and crew management processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Independent experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including LinkedIn and alternative channels.
• Ability to identify and attract candidates for niche positions.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach.
• Spoken English and Russian.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for travel, hospitality, tourism, yachting, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience working with international and remote teams.
• Recruitment experience in yacht charter companies, yacht brokerages, or maritime-related businesses.
• Professional network within the yachting or travel industry.
• Familiarity with recruitment analytics and ATS systems.
