Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote within Croatia and the CET time zone

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and provide qualitative assessments of candidate skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and interview the best-fit candidates.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and work with other departments on process improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools and automation to optimize recruitment processes and improve output quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including work on IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience with a focus on Europe. Experience with the US market is a plus.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles for the company.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience using recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools, with a data-driven approach.
• A proactive approach to using AI and automation in daily work.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to analyze cultural markers in candidates and match them with suitable roles.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; flexibility and effectiveness in a geographically distributed team; result-oriented approach.
