Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote within Moldova, working in the CET time zone.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for searching for and hiring qualified candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process in partnership with hiring managers, from understanding hiring needs through recruitment strategy implementation.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and cooperate with other teams on process improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to optimize recruitment processes and improve output quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including work on IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience with a focus on Europe; experience with the US market is an advantage.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles for a company.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience with recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools, supported by a data-driven approach.
• A proactive approach to using AI and automation in daily work.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to analyze role details, expectations, opportunities, and best practices; identify cultural markers in candidates and match them with suitable roles.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed team.
• Result-oriented approach and understanding that recruitment extends beyond communication with people.
