Manager, EU Market Logistics Excellence

Location: Vienna, Austria; remote work is available, with extensive travel across the EU region.

Salary: gross annual salary starting at €70,000 for a full-time position of 38.5 hours per week, plus equity and potential variable bonuses.

What you will do

• Drive regional logistics initiatives across EU markets, providing temporary planning and hands-on support where operational challenges or growth opportunities arise.
• Support local markets through disruption, seasonal demand or weather fluctuations, competitive pressure, and logistics-led growth opportunities.
• Implement solutions with local teams to improve on-time performance, delivery speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead execution in strategically important or challenged markets, taking initiatives from analysis through implementation.
• Collaborate with a small team of specialists to develop and implement solutions for local markets.
• Travel extensively across the region to work directly with local teams and resolve complex operational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Performance Management, PMO, Consulting, or Operations Excellence.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Excellent project and program management skills, including experience driving cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, including experience preparing executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
