Solution Engineer - LATAM (Observability)

Location: Remote in the US, specifically FL/GA; frequent travel across LATAM is required.

On-target earnings: $220,000–$250,000; final compensation depends on experience, skills, education, and work location.

What you will do

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain, business drivers, and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations connecting hirify.global to customer use cases.
• Manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes from scoping through validation.
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting across customer environments.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to remove blockers, represent field feedback, and advance technical decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English.
• Experience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept processes.
• Willingness to travel frequently across LATAM.
• Strong hands-on ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Strong understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Ability to communicate credibly with engineering, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams, and to engage executives by translating technical value into business impact.
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure.
• Coding or scripting experience in Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar languages.
• Strong communication, ownership, follow-through, and commercial judgment.
• Relevant technical experience may include Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Docker, APM, distributed tracing, log analytics, telemetry pipelines, SIEM, security monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, RUM, Terraform, Helm, deployment automation, CI/CD, application instrumentation, and debugging.
