Value Measurement Analyst (Senior Business Analyst)

Location: Elmsford, New York; on-site availability at Yonkers and Bronx, New York as business needs require. Work shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Pay range: $132,000–$165,000 per year.

What you will do

• Collaborate with business and Digital teams to define problems, decision-support insights, metrics, and business logic.
• Analyze Epic and non-Epic data environments and develop visualizations using Excel, PowerPoint, Epic Slicer Dicer, and Power BI.
• Develop ROI, value-impact, and business-case analyses that translate operational or digital improvements into measurable financial and business outcomes.
• Perform rigorous data analysis, proactively identify new measurement opportunities, and ensure insights are accurate and relevant.
• Maintain data integrity and quality through UAT and QA of underlying datasets.
• Create compelling narratives for leaders and continuously improve dashboards and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics, product analytics, or digital health analytics.
• Current Epic Cogito certification, demonstrated experience with Epic data and reporting environments, and experience with Clarity and/or Caboodle.
• Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to run complex queries.
• High proficiency in Excel and formulas for sophisticated analysis.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, supporting Scrum teams, and using Kanban boards, backlogs, and sprint planning.
• Ability to translate business objectives into defined metrics and visualizations, define metrics under ambiguity, and break down and prioritize complex problems into data components.
• Quantitative aptitude, ability to identify value drivers and KPIs, and strong written, verbal, communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to visualize and explain data to non-technical audiences and experience presenting to VP-level or senior management stakeholders.

• Epic Clarity certification.
• Experience with Epic data extraction and integration.
• Advanced proficiency with BI techniques, database management, and data quality.
• Knowledge of statistical analyses.
