Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid working with a balance between home and office work.

Salary: €10,330–€14,757 gross per month for a 40-hour work week.

What you will do

• Lead the frontend engineering foundation area through the Rabo Online Platform, serving more than 160 frontend squads.
• Translate Tribe and Retail NL strategy into actionable roadmaps and deliver frontend requirements for strategic initiatives.
• Drive adoption of frontend standards and expand standardized capabilities covering design systems, frontend and native development, performance, accessibility, and deployment.
• Ensure continuity, security, reliability, and controlled delivery across managed services and provide reliable building blocks for developers.
• Lead approximately 100 professionals across 10 squads, with 5 direct reports, and develop high-performing teams focused on outcomes and delivery.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across CPO, IT, Architecture, and CRO.
