Junior Frontend Developer (React/TypeScript)

Location: Rotterdam; hybrid workplace. The role allows working from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

Salary: €52,100–€78,200 annually, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build and improve the hirify.global application development platform.
• Develop software that improves the productivity and innovation capabilities of the development community.
• Work with a diverse team to create collaborative software solutions.
• Break down technical challenges and construct solutions using short feedback cycles.
• Contribute to an agile, supportive, and inclusive development environment.

Requirements

• Recently graduated in Software Engineering or a similar program.
• Clear proficiency in at least one programming language, such as TypeScript.
• Ability to use AI-assisted development tooling to improve development speed and quality.
• Passion for technology, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to take ownership of work and support team success.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while building innovative software.

Nice to have

• Experience with React or C#.
