Digital Campus - IAM IT Operation and Service Manager (IAM)

What you will do

• Operate Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes for onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding of hirify.global Helicopters employees and subcontractors.
• Handle escalated IAM requests, incidents, changes, and complex user-management cases in coordination with HR, users, managers, PSLs, and related IAM teams.
• Monitor IAM platform jobs, system logs, alerts, and analytics dashboards; investigate failures and security incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
• Perform ITIL-based incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management activities.
• Maintain scripts and automated tasks, identify process improvements, and support lifecycle-management improvements.
• Document resolutions, coordinate stakeholders, communicate security and compliance requirements, and track actions through completion.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience as an IT Operator; experience in Identity and Access Management in an industrial and transversal context is relevant.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization concepts, Active Directory, Single Sign-On and related protocols, Multi-Factor Authentication, and cybersecurity risks, or willingness to acquire this knowledge.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as PowerShell and C#.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, autonomy, teamwork, service orientation, accountability, motivation, and continuous-learning mindset.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience with Identity Lifecycle, User Provisioning, Directory Services, Password Management, Single Sign-On, Audit and Compliance, Identity Governance, and Role Management.
• French language skills.
